All of your add-ons (additional websites, additional users, pass-thru fees) will be charged along with your yearly plan.

"Showcaseidx.com" allows customers to update their credit card details under the 'Payment Method' section in the Billing tab. This can be done by entering the new credit card number and clicking the green "Save New Credit Card". The 'Current Card' image on the left will then update with the last 4 digits of the new card. The accepted credit cards are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. The Payment History can be viewed by accessing the Billing Tab. Under Payment History, recent invoices can be viewed by clicking on the "view" hyperlinks. The invoices can be downloaded from Stripe after clicking the View hyperlink. If the account is past due, multiple line items within a matter of days of one another may be seen. These items will display as a $0 amount, indicating that payment could not be collected. The billing date is the date the new subscription starts. Once the billing date is set, it cannot be changed and payment cannot be delayed for processing. If the Billing tab is not loading, it's likely that the trial has expired more than 2 weeks ago and the account has been closed. In such a case, onboarding may need to be completed again, depending on the MLS. If the admin is not on the account, access to the Billing tab in the Account Command Center will not be available. It is recommended to contact the account owner for information about the account.

It also provides MLS Number Search and Comprehensive Location Search Options. The platform is Mobile Optimized and offers Standardized Feature Fields.

The IDX Search Results offer a lot of useful features to let users create shortlists, view all listing photos, and get more information without having to click through. It has the Fastest IDX Query Time and offers Optional Featured Agent or Office Listings At Top Of Search.

Showcase IDX also provides Advanced Search with more detailed searchable fields than any other IDX. These are categorized into General, Interior, Exterior, and Community features.

To cancel a subscription on Showcaseidx.com, an email must be sent to help@showcaseidx.com. The support team will respond with a request for feedback and the reason for cancellation. A confirmation will be received that the account has been canceled and that there will be no further billing. It's important to note that emailing help@showcaseidx.com is the only way to cancel the account. This proof of cancellation is required for the account to be cancelled. If an attempt is made to cancel any other way (such as calling or leaving a voicemail, for example), the account will not be canceled. The account will not be cancelled until such proof of cancellation is received. It's kindly requested that valued customers refrain from initiating a credit card dispute in the event of wanting to cancel their account. Instead, it's encouraged to reach out to the customer support team directly for a more efficient and personalized cancellation process. The cancellation request must be received in writing to help@showcaseidx.com. The account will be canceled on the same day if possible, or the next business day of the request. A written confirmation will be received that the account has been canceled and that there will be no further billing. The billing will end on the same day that the written confirmation that the account has been canceled is received. It's also important to note that refunds are not offered. Therefore, if the service is wished to be continued until the end of the billing cycle, contact should be made at that time. If for some reason the services are stopped for a reason that is not laid out in the Terms of Service that were signed prior to beginning the free trial, there may be eligibility for a refund. The account will be canceled on the same day if possible, or the next business day of the request, therefore if the service is wished to be continued until the end of the billing cycle or renewal, contact should be made at that time. It's not possible to set the cancellation date in the future. If the bill is not paid, the right is reserved to cancel accounts for nonpayment. In these circumstances, an email will be sent in advance and a fair warning will be given to get the account out of arrears before being canceled. If the account is canceled for nonpayment and the account is chosen to be reactivated, the past-due charges will be responsible before the account is reactivated.
